Postage & Packing

Orders delivered to UK addresses are free of charge using DHL Parcel UK or Royal Mail.
Orders outside UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed.
For delivery prices outside the UK please contact us at customerservice@swimfin.co.uk or emma@swimfin.co.uk

Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days, delivery is usually next day however please allow 2 working days.
Delivery is not available at weekends.

Orders sent outside the UK may take up to 7 working days.

If any item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated delivery time.
Please note our offices are only open Monday to Friday

Credit Card Security

All payments are made through the secure RBS WorldPay system which utilises their encryption and SSL certifcates. SwimFin does not store Credit Card details.

Returns Policy

SwimFin fully complies with the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” which can be found here.

Goods may be returned unused and unopened in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less actual postage costs. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of any returned goods.

Please note if the goods have been opened and resealed the returns will not be refunded.
